Hello XI, I am KiT and I played COD4 in your server for the last 6 or 7 years. But I am a shy boy and start talking with you only recently and honnestly, I like it. Here are some specific about me - French canadian for those who heard me talk you probably know it - Physics teacher on break to take care of the kids - Love sport, my main sport is Ultimate Frisbee but I also bike and ski as much as I can My guilty pleasure on this forum has been to put a face on the people that I have been playing with for the last several years so I will return the favor. Here is a 4 years old picture of me, my youngest was still a baby then and he is the one straped on me, the other one is borrowed for the picture hahaha. So now you know my secret: if you are a crying baby..... I don't care

Wild while I agree with you on most of what you wrote, map skipping is something that help keeping the server alive from time to time: Exemple very large map and very few people playing. But anyway, as it is now, the switching is a democratic process, so if most of the player at that moment dont like the map.... best having fun on an another map

Hello Kit and Welcome to the forums. We have several French Canadian players here at XI. Keep having a good time in the servers. Children grow up so fast, take lots of photos to keep the memories.

Couple things that I would like to add about "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" which seems to be a "Grey Area" that needs to be better defined. This is a Gaming Community not a Competitive Clan. Some people tend to be serious "try hards" that will do everything that they can to win on every single map. This can be considered Unsportsmanlike Conduct if the person is constantly emptying out our servers. The People that modify there game files and the games CVAR/DVAR settings via the console (not talking about the settings in the options) to get an unfair advantage is something that really pisses me off. I know for a fact that we have several people that are using ProMod configs and other bullshit to get an unfair advantage. It's my opinion that those people should be permanently removed from our servers. This is Unsportsmanlike Conduct and is against the XI Code of Conduct. Team Stacking has been a serious problem for a Long Long time. I've even seen a couple Admins do it. There is no way that the same exact people end up on the same exact team on every map, day in and day out. I know of over a dozen regular players, in the evenings, that constantly team stacks. If you can't join a Random team without sitting in spectate until someone joins the other team then, IMO you need to piss off and find somewhere else to play. This can also be considered Unsportsmanlike Conduct.

Yea no Again No these files are open source and easyly obtainable and to install. We all know about them and to be honest a bad shot using every hack they can find is still a bad shot. These people are friends and love to play together is what makes us family not cheaters. You never know who will show up on the other team and maybe threre team stacking. So win or lose just have fun.
