This error often occurs when you're connecting to the server through third-party software (HLSW, Xfire, etc.). As has already been said, all you'll usually need to do is try it another time or two before you get in. -

For the upcoming switch to TS3: Nickname as T-Mouse>XI<ADM or T-Mouse>XI< for clan members. Then make sure you set the following first once you connect into our teamspeak server (or you will annoy others that have text to speech enabled): To change your phonetic name: In the top menu bar, go to Self -> Set phonetic name, change your phonetic name to your game name without tags, and click the Play button to see if it works. If Microsoft Sam is saying a bunch of mumbo jumbo with "greater than" or "less than" or "exclamation point" then there's something wrong. Click OK and it'll be saved.
