1. You have just discovered one of the biggest reasons why Steam sucks. 2. Not that I know of, unless you move the stuff from your J Drive to some other storage medium and then merge those two partitions using the Win7 partition managing crap. You can then re-make the J partition, and put the stuff back on if you wish. Kind of a roundabout way of doing it, but hey, that's Microsoft for ya.

There are VGA to DVI adapters that you can buy, that'd be a whole lot cheaper than a new monitor. If it's a new monitor you want, this is the lowest-priced 19" widescreen with DVI I found on Newegg (it's really up to you on how much you want to spend and what you want out of the monitor): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236068 Edit: Made the link clickable

LilAcorn thought they were gunna do dedicated servers like they do for COD4, 5 and older ones. They are, just a bit differently because the servers are hosted exclusively through gameservers.com. And it's Treyarch so things are a little rocky on release.
