I have been MIA off an on for years because real life responsibilities. However, coming back to the servers and forums after so long, I not only see new members, but also members who didn't have tags, nor were even admins. I am very happy to see the new members, people who i played with years become members, and >XI< members who are not admins. I dunno who the fuck thought it was a good idea for Sabre to be an admin (just kidding). But nevertheless, I am so proud to still be part of this family. >XI< is not only a gaming clan (community) but it is a family. We fight like siblings, get pissed off with one another, and talk shit to each other all the time. It is what family does, and >XI< is no exception. But in the end, >XI< <--- that is what reminds us to forgive one another because we are family. I can remember when I first popped into an >XI< server and immediately made friends. I was quiet for a few maps, then I said fuck you to a XI (might have been Pete or RocApe, but i don't remember. but we laugh, and then from there it progressed to me becoming an Official >XI<. I and many other's have seen the ups and downs our family has gone through out the years, including losses from our fallen brothers and sisters and experienced our fair share of drama and snowflakes and yet, we still remain strong and our bond unbroken. We have done a lot of things together such as drunk >XI< nights where as if you get frozen you take a shot. We have watched movies together as well, and also have done knife nights. Once you become an >XI< you can go back, but you will always come back. It is like a cult and these tags hold sentimental value because of the friendships it makes. So when you join our family, wear your tags with extreme pride and love one another like siblings. With that being said, we are an adult clan with adult shit talking and so forth. The Fuck yous, and middle fingers, are all fun and jokes. We are all old skool types and love offensive jokes so snowflakes are welcome but dont cry. The only thing we will never allow is racism. So please do not be offended because we are known to be some hardcore assholes and offenders. (everyone who knows me, knows I am). I am so proud to be apart of this family that I even streamed my wedding ceremony in 2011 so the >XI< 's who couldn't make it were able to watch. So >XI< means a lot to not only me, but to many of us and we hope that you too value it as we do. When you are in the server - Thawing - I have seen a lot of you newbies not thaw correctly or don't pay attention to those who are frozen and you walk right by. STOP..... Start fucking thawing and look at the mini map. You can thaw two people at the same time (It's like having a 3-some). If you are having a bad day, or are being lazy, or just want to be in the server, then do what i do, sit back and thaw and enjoy. I have a medal for it some where for being a thaw bitch. And no, I really don't suck, I just have fun because i do not take the games too serious. Accusations of Hacking - We have strict rules in place for hackers. If you think someone is hacking, record and don't bitch about it in the server. You can joke about it and say you fucking hacker newbie, etc, but don't make a big deal about it. You can go into spec and try to do a video and send it to an admin for review. If someone is hacking, they will eventually get caught and we will shame them like we usually do (and ban them). >XI< is one of the most successful gaming communities out there, so let's contribute to our continued success together as a family. I will agree, if you suspect someone of hacking, then go in spec, get a video, and then send it to the admins. These rules were established way over 10 years ago and still stands. As for hacking, I know that I have shot people point blank in the server a few times and they do not die, this is part of the game registering (programming stuff, and lag), and my video card blows more than mule on a good day. I will say this. First in thunders defense, I will continue to talk shit to new people i dont know. It is our way of welcoming. 2ndly, if someone is hacking, they will get caught. Don' take the game so seriously, and be like bromo.. Drink and camp and enjoy, or hell, even get a bj and camp for a bit. Remember, it's only a game, and you know who I think hacks? that sob Sharpe. This post got inspired by an in game convo with a few us while we were getting owned in the server. So........................ A few of you are interested in Crypto! Tis a dangerous area of finance. Markets are extremely volatile. I have gotten rekt so many times that i learned from my stupidity and thinking i am a elite trader when I was just a mini chump on the scale. However, through out the years i have smartened up a bit. Here is some light imma shed on a few of you who are new to the cryptoverse. 1. If you are going to invest in Crypto, don't be a weak bitch. It is going to go up, it's going to go down, and it will go all around to make your head spin and heart skip a few beats. Don't worry, Don't sell, and just hold 2. If you do buy crypto, buy into the right ones. Look at the projects and teams that are backing them up. Here is my list of promising ones ( not complete) BTC, ETH, LINK, ADA, LTC, EGLD (one i am after), UNI, COMP, CELO, DOT, and a few more. 3. Don't fall for lending scams, and get rich quick bullshit. I personally use a crypto savings account - The following are the only legit ones I know of that are regulated. Blockfi, Nexo, Celcius, and Youhodler I have the first 3, and American's can't get into Youhodler. 4. Remember not your keys not your cryto but the above are fine for investing and earning more of the coins. 5. Youtube University is great. I watch Lark Davis, and Bitboy (ben) on Youtube a lot and look at their research. THey are cool dudes but they are also pump and dumpers. So pay attention and read between the lines. They are not bad people 6. Prepare to get your ass handed to you. If the value of your 100 dollars worth of whatevercoin you buy goes to like a dollar (DO NOT SELL). just fucking hold it and buy more (Dollar cost average) 7. There are only a few exchanges i use to buy my crypto and they are Gemini (trader pro), Coinbase Pro, Binance (used to), and Kraken. Rest are so so but i know these well 8. Don't day trade unless you are good. I suck at it so I just buy and hold like a little bitch. I tried doing futures and lost my 20 bucks. I was mad as hell. so, i just buy at a dip, and hold it. Using the crypto interest accounts, I accumulate and compound. 9. Crypto is taxable in some places. So if anyone of you are in a crypto tax free country, then fucking help an XI brotha out. I want to buy more but without paying taxes. 10. Fuckkkkkk youuuuuuuuuu (just kidding) Don't be too greedy, and be like an old turtle. Buy, accumulate, hold, and reap the rewards later on in life. 11. Mining - I don't mine and when I used, to my computer used to get really messed up. So, if you want to mine, then do it on a asic, and or use a VM. 12. BACK YOUR SHIT UP. I had 1k bitcoins years ago that i bought for like 500 dollars. I lost the fucking key to it and now im stuck poor forever. So, your backup needs a backup and don't share your shit. Make complex passwords with letters, symbols, and numbers at least 8 to 12 chars long 13. Research a lot and if you have any questions, i wil gladly answer them to the best of my ability. 14.
