The following is a post I wrote for the ones that are alienated from their friends and families. I live in an assisted living facility and what I wrote I see everyday and experience it myself. I don't post to instigate people but to help others to understand that this generation is cruel and demented in their own right. Enjoy. I wasn't going to post this but I am receiving so questions about what is going on with me. I have become so good at hiding the truth about the depression I suffer from and most do not understand it anyway. Every year at about this time of year I experience this slide into the low cycle of depression. I don't suffer from it with pain per say but my view of myself starts sliding downard as well. I get where there are days where I don't sleep then a couple days later I sleep and don't want to get up for meal time. I was sitting here pretty disappointed that the world is in the shape it is right now when a dear friend of mine contacted me and said she wanted to come see me. The state of Washingtion has mandated that if we have visitors it can only be two per day and we have to wear mask and stay 6 foot apart. The visitors have to call and make an appointment and other stuff that upsets me. We have never had one case of the Corona Virus here in the facility where I live. I month ago I went with my daughter to the hospital for surgery and we sit next to each other in the car. They tested me for the virus and all was fine. I came home to find I was quarantined for 14 more day inside my room. Okay then I felt like I was being punished for being concerned about my health. The management believes the reason we have had no cases here is because of the masks. Well, during this time I saw residents generally with masks but the staff didn't. I mean none of them. T^he manager was included in that facade. Someone complained to the manager and then it became mandatory to wear a mask anytime you go outside your room. With my memory being what it is I usually forget. Once in a while someone will ask me where my mask is but that's about it. What I am saying is this. The people here have families they haven't seen since the lockdown was emplamented just as I do. Not all of them have a computer with a wegcam to talk to their kids and grandkids like I do. Depression is at an all time high here right now and we are locked down where we need our families and we get a FIRM NO. My friend who was going to stop by to see me stayed away and I miss her greatly. If feels like so many put their elderly relatives in places like this so they don't interrupt their lives with the full time care some of us need. Then to be told by the state we are just going to accept itseems rather cruel. Specifically since we have had no cases to date here. I have always been a social kind of person so I need my friends and family for their emotional support. I am not the only one that feels this way. I see it in the eyes of my fellow residents. I do my best to give everyone a reason to smile or laugh but some don't appreciate what I offer. I am learning about the who and who nots. lol This is where I really need your support in making sure those that are feeling sad and lonely has someone to help them smile. This is not a plea for me but a plea for all the residents here and places like them. The struggle is very real and this year is the worst ever. Don't forget your elderly who are not with you. My internet at the moment won't let me play anywhere. I barely can respond to you. I haven't been able to play since I lost my condo where I used to live over 4-1/2 yrs ago.

I don't! It's just that this thing keeps popping up on my wall and I hate hackers with a passion so I asked.

I have often wondered how the hackers know where to find the ones they use in gaming. I keep seeing this on Facebook and from the instant I saw it I wandered. Any opinions?

It's a B75 Intel tho I just saw my power box is a ASTRO 500W and the card Bogleg is sending me in a GTX1060 I would like to know if that will work or do I need to change my old 850 out with it?

I had to take the outside window off of it to see inside and I was shocked because the video card is a little short square the one in attached picture It's a GTX650

People refuse to believe they can be touched. Yet these storms happen every year and granted some years they are not bad . Then there are those yrs even people's homes that are inland get ripped apart by these storms. I would not live in those areas but here in this area there is a town about 15 miles away that is built in a flood plain. The fastest growing part of that city is in the flood plain. The county keeps giving them permits to do so and then one of these years it will all get washed away. Go figure.

I don't know and I can't remember how to check and see. My memory for this sort of thing is bad.

Okay but does it matter if my system uses ddr4 and there isn't any vc here like that? I looked via Amazon as well and I found ddr3 and ddr5 &6 but not ddr4 I guess the correct number would be GDDR4.

Cause my memory is bad and I put them on my desktop so they are much easier to find. ?

My new video card is getting hot and is not big enough for what I want to do. My system uses DDR4 and this technology has left me in the dust. What I have now is a GTX650 with 1.5 gb memory. Please remember I am not well to do so make sure it is one I can save for and then get it.

I think this is awesome that you are doing this for her. I take a lot of crap from family members because I use and then some are very supportive.

Okay, lately I posted about issues with my Logitech mouse or keyboard having issues and stalling every once in a while. I was told the HUB wasn't compatible with my mouse and advised to install the gaming program instead. I did that and nothing has changed. How do I find out what the issue really is and so I can post it here so you guys can help me fix it once and for all? If you need more info let me know and I will do my best to provide it. Thank you in advance.
