My daughters boyfriend just went through a mess very similar to what you are going through. To his surprise he got custody of the kids because she was keeping them at her boyfriends house and she was also ordered to go back to work and pay child support. Hope the same works for you Tinmann. I have to agree with 7toes. I am 66 years young and smoked 5 packs a day for years. You never saw me without a cig in my mouth unless I was sleeping. I even smoked while I was eating. Got smart and quit 15 years ago but you have to want to or you won't do it. Wish I had got smart sooner as now I have emphysema and copd.
