  11. One thing I remember is uninstall malwarebytes, then run the rkill, then reinstall malwarebytes again but on the install rename the folder something like C:\program files\malwarebytes2 instead of the standard C:\program files\malwarebytes And remember the rkill is only active for the current session and you have to run it again if you restart. Sometimes you can run spybot S/D and get good results, plus you can edit your system startup options. I think the file that starts the whole mess usually hides in your documents and settings and has a strange name like 11104552, basically when you get infected the virus writes a startup file named by a randomly generated number. Spybot will let you disable it so it wont start on the next boot. Then you can run your other scans/updates to get rid of it.
  12. OK I got a 2000 Blazer LT 6 cyl that about 75% of the time has low power when its in the first cold start loop. And it does not seem to matter if its warmed up or cold. Just for about the first 1 1/2 mins after you start it. I have a scanner on my laptop and cannot see anything out of the ordinary. No codes at all, did Replace an O2 sensor about 6 months ago, and fuel pump a bit before that, but it was doing it before that. Had a tune-up etc. no difference. Im stumped!
  13. Cook me a Pot-Pie Biatch!
  14. lookup rkill.com (not the site its a file) should be on bleepingcomputer.com, it will turn it off while you run malwarebytes to get rid of it. Some times you will have to do it again after a restart. You will have to most likely run sfc /scannow to replace your sys files because it renames the ones you need to run taskmgr etc. If you do a re-install just remember select the repair option and you wont lose your pics, programs etc. you will just have to redo all the windowz updates etc. while you are updating run the malwarebytes to delete the files that caused the problems in the first place. Keep in mind the peson that wishes they had a backup the most is usually the one that just lost everything Lastly get a better antivirus so you dont get the same thing again!
  15. Consider it done!
  16. Wow Wild I really feel for you, what a load of crap! How people can do this and get away with it is beyond me. I dont know what they call it in MN but here we have a county extension office, and sometimes they have emergency grant and low interest loan funding, sometimes both. Most likely a long shot but if they dont they may point you in the right direction. Good luck bud and keep yer chin up!
  17. $40 aint to bad but you will have to check the numbers. Heres another. Actually it looks like there are qiute a few if you have the numbers off your pcb, and not even just that size etc of hd used that board. So maybe someone does have one. At least you could contact one of them about the size/platter issue. Hope that helps!
  18. LOL too funny!

  22. Well I have put up with it for 10 years, and the best advice is dont do what makes it hurt (Sometimes easier said than done). I have meds so strong you take 'em and can watch TV pain free for hours. Then you realize the TV was never even turned on Needless to say I dont take them anymore because living as a zombie is not much of an alternative. I know what you mean about literally rolling yourself off the side off the bed to get up in the middle of the night, every night. I guess what helps me is a very firm bed, definitely not one that sinks down in the middle, sometimes I sleep on the floor, no pillows or anything just flat on my back. Otherwise its mind over matter, I just pretend its not there. It never really goes away but sometimes you get to forget about it. Thats one of the reasons I like gaming, if you concentrate on something else hard enough you get that little "vacation" from hurting and feeling miserable.
  23. I agree the aerodome map could go I dont know about anyone else but it lags me out so bad I can hardly aim in spots.
  24. Do you get a startup screen before Windoze? Can you get to the bios? If in question about saving your data disconnect the hard drive until you find out whats wrong. Every time it starts if the drive is bad you lose more data. Could still be the power supply even if the fans run, do you have a graphics card that needs a seperate power connector? Maybe just try the onboard graphics if you have it. Lastly I have a XP PE and a Reatago cd that I use a lot of times, if you got a spare pc to build one that can help eliminate a lot of issues.
