Hmmmm, I hate to break this to you Steve but the US have been giving military and foreign aid to Pakistan for an odd 60 years. So this is not "new news", but rather Fox spinning this to piss you off. Fox News may have conveniantly forgot to mention that the Bush Administration released the same (more or less) every year from 2002-2008 to Pakistan.
