Thank you guys! American, Australian, Canadian, British, Polish, French and others brave soldiers who came and fight on the beaches of Normandy to free us 75 years ago. Also a thought for German soldiers (my father being German) engaged despite themselves in this war provoked by the Nazi madness.

@Sammy More seriously, if you can read French, here under you'll find an article about a test of glasses for computer (blue light). It's an abstract of a very serious consumer's magazine testing all kind of products and giving ranking of them (they don't accept any advertising and only live from subscriptions). What it says in conclusion, it's that you can't find any glasses giving a protection of more than 20% (the ones from Essilor as stated by themselves, one of the biggest and most innovative optical companies). It means that wearing these glasses will allow you to stay 1h12 instead of 1h in front of your screen without dangerousness. PS: and the best to try to fix it is to monitor the settings of the screen to lower the blue light (as done by @iboomboom)
