    On page load, it shows the Forum and if you navigate to the next 20, it then shows who posted but once you reload the page, it shows the Forum again. Must be a scripting glitch I suspect.

    I have never personally used the Windows transfer utility but as I understand, as Chris pointed out, it is only for file transfers, not programs as the program information has to be re-written back to the registry and other areas of the system which the transfer utility does not do.
