Theologically, the Lord is all-powerful and we are small and insignificant.. Meteorologically, it seems we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What's it tell you, Tonto?' Usually when you call some support center, you end up with someone who doesn't have the decision making power. That's where you ask to talk with the manager on duty. Now if you are limited on choices of service providers, that does take a little bite away but persistence is key. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I have experienced what you are going thru with my old rig on occasion when my pc went into hibernation. Only thing I ended up doing with disabling hibernation as I could not come up with a better solution as I did make sure drivers were updated. Not sure if this helps but good luck.
