    Hey there MtDeW, Thanks for the files. I copied them over to the PB subdir, and I got into the game ok. After a few minutes, I got another error. I did a print-screen to copy it, but there was notheing to paste into Photoshop. If I recall, it looked like it was a version error for the COD-WAW file. Any ideas? I appreciate the help.

    Hi all, I'm having PunkBuster issues. I had to reinstall Windows 8.1 and all of my apps and games, including COD WAW. I installed the PunkBuster legacy file from the downloads section of the website and it found the game. For some reason I have the option to upgrade PB (which I did not do), but not the PB definition for the game. Whe I go to play the game, I get a "PunkBuster init failure" error after a few minutes. Any thoughts or suggestions? This has been a freaking frustrating evening of re-installing the game twice, and after finally getting into the game, I get booted every time.

    Yup, I was at the golf practice range on the weekend in shorts and a t-shirt; today it was snowing heavily and the temperature will be dropping to -8°C (17.6°F) overnight.

    I did some digging because I sysadmin for a non-profit. Not all versions of OpenSSL are compromised, though this is still major. "The bug is not present in 1.0.1g, nor is it present in the 1.0.0 branch nor the 0.9.8 branch of OpenSSL"

    Jeeez! Give it some time! The word still has to get out a bit wider and people (like me) are in the process of downloading all 20Gb. Rugger posted the announcement what, 9 hours ago? ...and many folks work and don't get home until after 5-6:00, and then they still have to download and install.

    Great work! I wish I had one of those when a deer jumped out of the ditch 5 years ago while I was driving to my astronomy club's observatory. Bastard caused just under $6,000 in body damage.
