    with a Noctua NH-D14 seems like to be fine ,My Intel i5 4690K @ 4.6 GHz does 68 °C with a Corsair H110gtx (see cpuz validate)I love my FX 8350 I have an old H70 cooler on it and clocked it to 4.8Ghz and never got over 61c and did not have to bump up the voltage till I hit 5.0 Ghz and only hit 61c at that.
