Merlin007 I am running windows 7 pro 64bit with UAC on. Location for the CoD4 players folder is here: C:\Users\#Username#\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare For 32bit, same as above but just as "Program Files" without the (x86). With UAC off, it is as Gump pointed out. I created myself a small utility program to backup and restore my CoD4 and WaW profiles which has come in handy already when I had to reinstall everything to a new drive. Always good to keep a backup. -Merlin007 Correct....that is where it should be.

Does this happen when you join from inside of COD or when you join through x-fire? I get that error if I try to join off of x-fire, but not in game.

greywolf2 I played the first version and was ok. This one may be much better---- we will see... Me too. I thought it was pretty good, but for some reason it didn't hold my attention like COD has. I think maybe because there was not as large a gaming community that played it. The new version of this looks pretty good. Graphics are nice. I would like to see where this goes.

Bud, you and I have the same taste in music. I love that new Ozzy song....also love Killer of Giants, good tune. I am going to see Ozzy and Slash in January in Houston. I saw him in 1983 too, but he could actually talk beck then......I don't get it, why can he not talk, but he can still sing??
