So, I am tired of fixing my wired headset and it finally has gone to shit. I want to get a wireless headset as my kids get on and that is most likely the reason that my wired ones have gotten screwed up. Everyone fair okay? We just got power back on a couple hours ago....and yes....I'm back on the game already! I spent two days cleaning up trees (including on that did extensive damage to my house) and spent hours upon hours patrolling the city.

I'll be staying in the Police Department while the family flees to safety. It's gonna be a long 24+ hour shift....

There are officers out there that will not hesitate to turn in another officer. I have been in that situation. As I a supervisor and in charge of our body cameras, I found an officer that stole a stupid little usb charger out of someones vehicle. It was all on video. The victim of the theft had no idea. I immediately reported it and the officer was subsequently terminated. It was a shame, we all respected him and felt that he was next on the list for a supervisor position. It didn't matter how minor the theft was, it was about the integrity of our profession and our department.

Currently in K-9 training. Been a LEO for 7 years now.
