I'm a lot into self learning.  While many people took up golf and hitting the bars , I actually enjoy reading tech books and 'how to books' (not much of a social life ??  Having an electrical background in vocational high school, I taught myself computer programming starting with machine language.  Then 'C' ... this progressed later into my work career.
    
    Did you know what profession you wanted to work in when you started college? No idea, Was getting married and only knew I needed a job. Only had about 4-months of college(dropped out for job) then found a job in the Airline Ground handling sector, which turned into a career 43-years

    Where do you work? Retired now since 31DEC2016 - before that North Central Airlines / Republic Airlines / Northwest Airlines and finally Delta Airlines..  Actually 'same-airline' just through multiple mergers.

Started with the airline basics.. loading unloading planes/jets - working weight and balance - worked air freight handling / tariffs , billing.  Worked in employee scheduling and administration.  Used my computer programming skills to stream line some of our work processes.. this let to a position working with I.T. and mainframe programming.
    Describe a time that your career was rewarding. Others that recognized my value and appreciated my input / work.
    If you could give a younger person career advice, what would it be? Unknown to me at the time, in high school we had to take a semester of typing. I was pretty good at it because my penmanship is horrendous.  My typing skills then came to play at work when our weight and balance computerized.  Other employees struggled with the 'hunt-n-pick' typing method.
    What is your favorite thing about your career or industry? Discounted travel , however others don't realize that it has challenges as well.  Your not guaranteed getting a seat.  This can be a process when trying to book hotels and car rentals - especially those with no refunds.  Many times your left behind at the airport.
    What is a valuable lesson you learned in your career? This may sound racist, however growing up in Northern Michigan, I think there was only one black family.  All my folks knew was what they read in the newspapers about the Detroit Riots in the 60's, so I feel their understanding was tainted.  When they knew I was moving to the Detroit area for work they instilled in me a fear about the area and people.  Actually when I started working at the Airport I learned really quick there are good and bad in all of our different groups.  I worked with the Black, Asian, Arab, Latino people.  I made some great friends in all of the groups.
    I also became more sensitive to their particular backgrounds and history. We all have the same fears and wants out of life and family.
    What do you hope to accomplish in your career? I'm retired... I hope I left the place in better shape than when I started.

ooo boy, don't get me started. after college i went to work for Philips industrial activities, i was the process analist for the CD RW so that took alot of extra training, then in the hospital i had to get several licenses in different medical equipment ( and they have the be renewed from time to time ) so it is a constant learning

i wanted to design computersystems for robotics and automatisation ( which i also studied )

The last pic is of my team getting ready to deliver 13 Million dollars worth of Lexus LS500 test vehicles to be driven all over the USA to collect road data.

Now first off I know am a big pain in the ass, I won't dispute it. But we had a few maps today that weren't so good due to mixed spawns.. it makes for poor match when you end up spawning in the very back of the enemies area.. for a few days we were playing in the Vietnam server and it made for better game play cause you spawn on one side or the other.  Now this week we are back to the owft server and back to messed up spawns. 
I know not much can be done about this unless you edit maps or whatever,  I don't not know much about it.  But is there any way we can get rid of the free for all versions of maps or maps that have random spawns?  I know there is a fair amount of players that feel the same way as me. Maybe some can voice their opinions here as well.
I know that there is a lot of rotations and a lot of maps. But if we were to cut out the free for all or death match versions and only keep the team death match map versions it might make for better gameplay.. 
Is there anything we can do to fix this?

My neighbor took me fishing yesterday. Pyramid Lake is about 45 minutes from home. This lake is a world class fishin spot. Lahonton Cutthroat Trout get as big as 50 pounds! The last fish caught by me was a ten pounder, what a thrill!! We landed about fifteen, all catch and release. Those two pictures are of a steam vent at the north end of the lake.

Sometimes I have to take a day away from Crusher also....😂😂😂😂😂

Where does the time go.  Me and some friends started playing on the XI servers after our MOH days and now, 12 years an Idiot. A great community for making friends and support when it's needed so happy to be here and to serve our community.

I won't be there for the next few days, I'm going to have an ear surgery again.
The first surgery didn't go as well as hoped. Had only gained 30% hearing.
The implant has to be replaced again (a smaller one) , it was too big and pushed through the eardrum.
The eardrum is either reinforced or replaced with an artificial one. Just take a look.
