    Honestly I like the old mod, playing it again feels like an old shoe, but also smells the same.
    I miss the new mod, all the awesome stuff invigorates and refreshes this ancient 14 year old game so much it's amazing.

    We don't know what happened with the new mod, Sammy is AFK so we have to run the old mod for now until we hear back from him.

    I like the old mod, but I'm open to changes so some players can have more fun with new mods, the important thing is to have fun and be with friends.

    Hi Rugger,
     I thought this new mod would be a closer version of hardcore,  but its the other way around its a softer version then the last one, when you where testing the new mod it was awesome and now the setting are so bad almost all players are complaining, instead of  making some weapons weaker why dont you make the other ones better more accurate. the new mod is more frustrating then fun.

    Yeah, same for me on long distance. I spend an entiere clip and nothing, I switch for the desert eagle, shot once and kill the dude. It's a little disturbing ^^

    After 33 years of being a police officer, 8 years patrol, 25 years as departmental Polygraph examiner and hostage negotiator,  detective and finally Patrol Division Supervisor, I have RETIRED!!!!!
    I have turned in my badge for a RETIRED officer's badge. I will now have more time to play on the servers and help everyone's scores by being killed!  LOL

    Agree with you, many effects affect the way you hear or see things. And the rc is slower than people running, so it's pretty useless lol ^^

    LSAT . RPD MK46  everyone plays with these weapons !!just like these weapons don't swing,and the noise is embarrassing @Sammy   make assault weapons without swinging,and all problems are solved

    You can hit someone but you have to aim 6 foot in front of a moving target. Bullet speed seems to be alot slower on it than it used to be.  I think the Sniper rifles are the same way. I couldn't hit a single moving target with any of the sniper rifles.  Maybe I just suck at sniping lol.

    @Sammy Could you please look at the accuracy of the .44 mag revolver? I have @ANGU5 and @Tron as witnesses. I could not hit someone who was not moving today on the map Strike. I mentioned in an earlier post as well that I missed five consecutive shots on an afk player from their spawn house.

    HIEST is BULLSHIT!  Is there some perk that blocks it?  The way it is now I feel like it's punishing me if I push forward near there spawn. Someone ALWAYS steals my hard earned Killstreaks.

    Only coming in to defend Sammy here as honestly reading some of what has been said I think it is a bit over the top. Sammy has looked after, extended, improved and invested many hours (i'm sure many, many hours) into the mod and it really is down to him in that role to use his best judgement to decide all sort of things, features to add/remove, changes to make and values to set. We trust and empower him to do that, we generally have always in some way influenced decisions or helped with changes. It is down to him to ultimately decide on the best actions to take.
    We want to work with Sammy in helping him understand what works well and perhaps what doesn't by providing constructive feedback. I do not think challenging or questioning necessarily every decision is the way to go, certainly it can lead to 'tweaks' that have more of an impact than expected. 
    You talk of 'democracy'.. I do not believe this is a democracy - Sammy was not 'elected'. Simply he volunteered as many of us do in this community. We generally work on a 'volunteer' and 'empower' model if anything here. Like Sammy many of us take on areas of responsibility and do what we feel is best. That is not to say that this is a dictatorship (as it obviously isn't), but ultimately someone has to make a decision on what changes are made and I believe in this case that is Sammy.
    Keep the feedback coming, keep it constructive, keep in mind that this is a game.

    ok ... all guns is  bs, pistols is big BS
    if I still have to pull 3 magazines to kill someone ,give me 10 bullet magazines and  if i used rapid fire, give me 20
    stopping power = worthless
    when they shoot with a gun they move  even if I use red dot   (asalt class)
    when you only make a good weapon, everyone will play with this weapon -- why don't you do them all  good?
     for kill RC i need 2 pistol clips . and i have 4 )
    you never promoted sniper rifles ,maybe someone wants to play with this weapon ,even if it is a normal map
    Sniper  50 cal-  3 clips for  to hit something  (steady aim worthless)
    you can't collect bullets  than from a weapon similar to yours
    extremely many atomic bombs    in packages ( look in the server logs)                             Saturday      on each map   1, even 2 nukes  omfg
     
    I'm not saying anything about the change perks  ,I talked in vain for 3 years   .........
     
     
    I prefer to go back to play other games  than to get angry here...  cya  ..next year

    The Trophy System is fine, but it should have some sort of limit. It doesn't seem right that someone can find a small area to snipe from, plant a trophy and it has unlimited resistance to all overhead firepower, all nades, all stunners. It seems like it's power should run out after being hit a couple times. If I am limited to 2 rounds in a SMAW, that perk should be limited to withstand 2 SMAW rounds and then go away. If you want to talk about balance all the time...that perk clearly is not balanced relative to what it competes against.

    Why did I get divorced? Well, last week was my birthday. My wife didn't wish me a happy birthday. My parents forgot and so did my kids. I went to work and even my colleagues didn't wish me a happy birthday. As I entered my office, my secretary said, "Happy birthday, boss!" I felt so special. She asked me out for lunch. After lunch, she invited me to her apartment. We went there and she said, "Do you mind if I go into the bedroom for a minute?" "Okay," I said. She came out 5 minutes later with a birthday cake, my wife, my parents, my kids, my friends, & my colleagues all yelling, "SURPRISE!!!" while I was waiting on the sofa... naked.

    With all the uploads sometimes the odd setting gets unknowingly changed. After everybody finally goes to bed and I can upload stuff... assuming I havent gone to bed first... I will set it to 2.

    Of course it can. Its a projectile.  ?
    The next round of bug fixes etc is ready to upload and check out that they work properly online. If everyone wants to move over to the other server for a short while I will upload the necessary files and restart the main one.

    Is the emp defrost on your list? The EMP will not defrost a player completely that needs a full defrost.
