@J3st3rIf you noticed it says or purchased after visiting the amd website. So yes anyone in the US who bought one of the listed models is eligible. The reason California is specified is more than likely because of a law pertaining to the suits or some other reason.

If you are American like myself you can make a claim, however, if you buy 5 or more you have to show proof of purchase with receipts.

If you have ever owned any of these CPUs : FX-8120, FX-8150, FX-8320, FX-8350, FX-8370, FX-9370, or FX-9590 , you could receive a cash reward. Pretty much AMD stated that these CPUs were 8 Core 8 Thread. When in reality the CPUs were dual threaded so they have 4 cores instead of 8. You can make a claim here.

@azzkikr I got the standard edition because I didn't think it was worth the price for the operators since you can easily unlock all of them from multiplayer and completing the spec ops operations.

@Sgt Wacky Yea on cod 4 I set my fps to 333 but I can easily get over 500 but that makes you have connection issues on the ftag servers so 333 is the sweet spot for me at-least. I just want to verify though, you are using the SSD for your OS right? Along with the 4TB as a storage drive I would hope. The last thing I would suggest would be to get a usb to boot with memtest86 and test the RAM to see if their is problems there. If their are any error codes before you RMA it make sure your BIOS is updated because with my motherboard their was serious compatibility issues with my RAM until I updated my BIOS which fixed many issues I was having with overall stability in my computer.

Can you give complete specs please? What kind of ram, speed and capacity, also what type of drives you have so we also can try to rule out read/write delays but with a 2080 I am assuming you already are running your OS on a ssd. Finally, what games are you trying to play? Because you should be getting WAY more frames than +-60.

I really like the game, however, for me it is terribly camptastic. I'm not sure how lucky others have gotten with not having everyone camp in their games but that has been my unfortunate experience.

If you want to go RTX go for the 2070 Super not the original but the super since my original has lower specs than the super. The now super 2070 is the equiv of the 1080, while the old original 2070 is the equiv of the 1070 or the 1070 TI I forget.

Is it the steam version? If so try verifying through that, my Win 10 is updated and no compat options are checked and the game runs fine. Also I do have cod4x installed too, this might be the problem if you don't have it installed already.

@evil1080 ti is the equiv of the 2080 is what I heard, if you had the 1080 I would then suggest the 2070 super.

I have the game already but why do you need a RTX card to use the code? I have a 2070 but what does that have to do with anything?

@Bogleg Please get the 9700k variant of the 9700 as the 9700 has much lower clock speeds and only costs a little more, like within $20.

Post your download speed, one option would be to restart the app or your pc. One of the major problems may be if your C drive cannot keep up with your dl speed.

The issue is resolved, only took a couple hours.

Servers are under serious load which sucks because you have to be online constantly to even play the game no offline play. I just want to play the campaign right now. This exact problem is what killed a potentially great game, WW3. But that will not obviously be a problem with COD since the huge hype lol. In all seriousness though who knows how long the servers will be down it is either a bad port forward or ddos attack.

If it is corrupt game files you're worried about just make a copy of the cd key you have then dl the files from somewhere if possible.
