Doesn't matter that much for the latency/timings unless you are serious with overclocking. Just make sure if you have DDR4 to go with around 3000Mhz+ and 16GB or more. If you have a new gen AMD CPU make sure you turn off XMP and set the clock speed to whatever it is rated for. Found out the hard way with XMP on I get blue screens. If you have Intel you can disregard that.

Cod 4 from steam is fine just go to cod4x.me to get the community patch that is backwards compatible with everything. If you need help with installing I can help you if needed.

Based from the stats it looks like it is a good player doing map glitches. Either way their own fault for glitching and getting banned.

@KaptCrunch You are referring to dskchk, SFC scans the file system not the drive so C:\Windows and hidden files related to Windows, also I did not say to defrag the drive I meant just backup and delete anything related to Cod 4. Sorry if that was misconstrued.

Yea @RobMc something might be corrupt I would backup your profiles again and blow away the entire thing. Registry, Game Files, Mods, any settings associated with Cod 4, etc... restart your computer then reinstall. I would also run CMD as admin and do a sfc /scannow just incase.

Nah 650 is the better option with the specs we have been recommending. Having too much is not necessarily better but having too little will cause more problems than not.

New Ryzen chips beat top of the line intel right now I would tell her to wait until the new 5000 chips are in stock if you don't have it already. She needs the cores because of streaming and you WILL NOT get the same multitasking performance on intel chips. Also have 32 GB of ram or more and make sure to have m.2 NVME for OS and SSDs for games. Since she will be streaming a 4 TB HDD for storing stream clips and videos is good too.

It's on Epic right now but unless you have a NASA computer literally it is not worth it right now. I could barely reach 60 FPS on a RTX 2070, 32 GB of ram, ryzen 2700x, and NVME drive.

Should take a look at the new AMD cards looks like NVIDIA rushed this release because of that.

@PissySocks If your game is install through steam verify the files. If you don't know how to do it just go into the steam library right click the game then properties, local files, verify integrity of game files.
