This thread has gone off-topic a bit with the whole discussion of pyramid schemes....but please do your research before calling all network marketing companies pyramid schemes. It is a pliable way that many companies bring their products to market, and even Donald Trump and Warren Buffet and Robert Kiyosaki are involved in networking products to market. It eliminates the need for heavy advertising and marketing dollars, thus allowing the $ to be paid to the sales force. Companies without products that just recruit are what gives the profession a bad rap. When you think about it, the government is a pyramid, most companies are a pyramid, and within network marketing and many other industries there will be good and bad, but not all are "schemes".

Well, regardless of what it is called, the problems and solutions I've seen my nephews bring home are definitely not fiction. The solutions are so ridiculously arrived at, that as a former math & science tutor, I would have difficulty at this point helping a student with such.

LastColdBeer, I completely understand your frustration with the way saving for retirement has evolved here in the U.S. When you say "prevent you from contributing to an IRA" do you mean at all, or just in the tax-deductible sense? Because contributions are still possible, if the rules are followed regarding income levels, contribution limits, etc. Mutual funds within IRA accounts do have their own rules, because the funds are an entity in and of themselves and do not get traded in the secondary market, so be sure you are getting your advice and guidance from a qualified tax professional in addition to any financial advisors you may talk to.

Yes, definitely check your ram...that was the cause of my bluescreening earlier this year......

Forgot to mention also, that I found a thread in another game's forums that discussed the same exact issues at the same hops when the poster had performed a traceroute from his location.

I tried out the mod mw2 was changed to tonight, and I still get the same issues I was getting before. The other players appear to be running in place, when I shoot, by the time my bullets reach the enemy they've moved 5-10 feet in an another direction, and I still get CI's and screen-blinking, is how I can describe it I guess. Kinda "un-fun" now to play, if I may make up such a word lol. I did a traceroute on the server IP and got hung up with packet loss at xo.net. Also ran some other non-XI server IP's and got the same location hanging up. It appears to get stuck along the Chicago/DC/NJ/NY path. Not sure if this helps, but it's what I've found so far. Going to figure out if it's my ISP next......

Well the "tame" version is that I have been collecting all things penguin for about 30 years now (yes even before they were WAY popular lol), and when I first began playing COD4 I used the SAW and several people referred to me as WILD with that gun, so thus - WildPenguin.......
