It has been asked of me a couple times about error messages related to 'max fragments'. Typically it happens the most with airstrikes. This is normal, especially if you are in the middle of it, because of all the FX. Mostly it's all the tiny particles. There are a lot of them. Here is an example of the error log taken after standing in the middle of an airstrike using a basic Open Warfare mod. For those unfamiliar with the standard Open Warfare framework, it has no custom weapon models, no custom streak models (B2 etc), and few custom fx. It is mostly scripting for new gametypes, abilities like retrieving explosives, and enhanced flexibility on server+gametype setup. The console is just saying there are too many for the engine to handle so it ignores what it cannot do.
