I do have to say that the more 'affordable' condos aren't as nice because they all started off as %100 apartment complexes in the past. Then at some point the complex owner decided to get out of the rental business and sell them all as condos. Tough choice really. Oh and I havent been skiing since I was a kid.

Everything packed up, in storage, papers all signed, out of the house forever, now with my family. Up all night thinking "oh shit now what". Crunch time as they say and its now finding a new place in the bay area I like, hopefully, and not going to break the bank. Its horrendously expensive for what you get. But I knew that. The hard part also, I have a lot of shit that wont fit in a small condo. Downscaled as much as I could but not nearly enough. Not so much too much furniture, maybe one or two items, but a whole lot of boxes of old family stuff. So, more condo hunting this week. Go for location but a very small place, or go for size farther away. Or a sketchy area. Anyways, I thought about out of state, and might again in the future, but my medical problems still tell me that I shouldnt be that far away from family and on my own in case something bad happens. So its a question of whether or not you plan for the worst case scenario. So... wish me luck.

Likely those websites are in countries where they cant be easily sued. Often in Russia these days. Its tough even for things that can have much stronger cases for theft etc. Hacks? They are against ToS certainly *IF* you use them. But are they actually illegal to possess and sell?

I dont think I have ever heard of anyone getting a contempt of court or whatever. So many people simply ignore them that if they did go after people they would be swamped.

There are a lot of nice weapons to use. However most of the time it comes down to having all the nice weapons or map compatibility. Sometimes I think it would be interesting to remove all the custom weapon models and stick with the stock cod4 ones.

IIRC they tried it once before a long time ago but the PC players kept wiping the console kiddies out.

Hopefully its not just coincidence but after a couple days keeping track I dont seem to get getting eye strain or minor headaches anymore using the new glasses for reading. Still a little bit but not nearly as much. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Yea sounds like an audio problem. Either drivers or, if nothing was done recently, then it is not detecting a mic.

Yea an enemy only. It was in my original post but must have taken it out when rewriting it. Players lose stolen streaks on death. So there isnt one to steal. Being a separate streak you will need a new keybind for it set up in the controls.

You mean stab protection? Funny you should ask that. I think its still there but there was an optional part of body armor put in for fun. If you knife someone wearing body armor, it explodes.

A good idea to make things better except that often peoples eyes, like mine, are not the same. Each lens is a little different.

Going to do my best to get 1.47 beta online for people to play. Going to be a busy week packing everything and getting ready for the move north next Monday. Suggested to Rugger a new perk. Sounded like a neat idea to him so we are going to try it out. Its a little complicated to keep it balanced. And what is it? Its called 'Heist'. Its in tier 2 (scavenger moved to 1 so 8 perks per tier). Some rules: Once you spawn you can steal one killstreak, and only one, from a frozen player in that lifetime. If you die you lose it. You must be in proximity, like defrosting or care packages. Same 'timer bar'. It is a separate streak, not part of the three. The frozen player must have at least one award to take. If more than one available, the one taken is random among them. You wont know if a player has a streak until you try. Also you wont know what it is until you complete. Weapons disabled while you make the attempt. Consistent with other things. Oh and yes it includes the tac nuke, *IF* you dont already have one. So you cant have two at the same time. It might be a fun little bit of chaos. Or people might hate it. I guess it depends on whether or not you succeed in stealing a Reaper from Sharpe, or if he steals one from you. Might also depend on whether or not you succeed in stealing a nuke from the usual suspects that shall remain nameless. It might also encourage people to use them a little quicker lest they get stolen. If you snipe, or camp from a distance, the perk obviously does you no good. Though you might be generous and another friendly might get it.

Got my glasses. Considerably clearer. Things are a little more contrasty as well so kind of bothers my eyes a bit, to be expected, and its going to take a little while to get used to them.
