    Sounds like there is an iwi image file missing called 'seeker' from the mod iwd. But it should affect everybody. Did you download it from the server or get it from a backup on your pc? Likely different versions of the mod around.

    Yup %99.999 sure we won't see them. They would be much more complicated than cod4/5 but there is also a licensing issue. These days third party tools are often used and if they don't want to release their stuff then legally IW couldn't anyways. DICE/BF tools is another example. With this "new" engine, whatever it is, it might be likely. Besides, even if they were who is going to make a mod? Everything cod+mods related are zombie maps these days.
