as an old programmer analyst, i can tell you that there would have been a dozen ways they could have made a quick fix to this problem, THEN worry about insurance, location and all the rest... as DJ wrote, they have shown a blatant disregard for their customer base... And will most probably do so in the future... so I have a question... are we still paying for those dead servers, or do we get a discount for the time down? I know it is prolly not through Activision that we rent the servers, but still if they are down for an extended period of time, they should give either a credit towards future months rental, or send a reimbursement for the time down. hit them where it counts... get the other major clans to do the same... and watch how FAST it gets back online... someone know a good business lawyer? lets shake them up, or at least WAKE them the fuck up! :realmad: :realmad:
