Nicotine in the doses we are dealing with is barely harmful if, at all, considering in its pure form it will kill you. From what ive researched the dosage we get is about equivalent to caffiene in coffee. im not gonna sweat it. The air we breathe in heavy traffic is hurting me more..im sure of that. i tried 100%cotton yarn and did not like it for a bottom coil. The Martha Stewart hemp/cotton combo is by far the best tasting i have used. havent tried mesh or cheesecloth...with the Martha Stewart..dont know if i want to. maybe if i try a genesis style i might try the mesh wrapped in cheesecloth. My coils are coming out like the bomb now. 1.8 solid with 6 wraps up..5 wraps down..no sweat!!!! its so funny..i smoked 37 years and am still pro tobacco. It is the financial backbone that this country was founded on ...no question!!!! But i cant stand the idea of "me' smoking anymore...although i will if my rig craps out like it did at work...broke my Protank on the concrete...no more glass tanks for me......hated every pufff, but puff i did til i got home...YIKES!!!! But i dont smoke anymore so i wasnt worried about getting back on them. Not whil i got a vape and some juice in my hand...YUMMY!!!!!

its all the learning curve for me bro...but im just about obsessed with it all (pathetic..i know0 so as time goes i will definitely get up to speed. jonny jonny jonny...sorrry bro but i got ya beat (well, probably not.)... at least for material...i know im new but im a fast learner. Im not a dripper..i like the convenience of the bottom coil...love my protank and the cheapy tanks with a bottom feed and a 510 connection for my ZMAX. I am using Martha stewarts yarn...which is 65%cotton and 35% hemp. This stuff is about 7.00 dollars a roll on ebay...i got some strands from my local shop so when i need some more i will buy a whole roll..should last about half a lifetime. i am using 32 kanthal that i got for 5 dollars for 100 feet (grade a1)...delivered mind you from a place here in my state of alabama. When i can afford a mechanical, i will probably man-up and do the dripper...but for now i like my electrical mod. Simplicity seems to work. as far as testing a coil...i just put it in and douse it like it works already to keep from burning it up. My ZMAX has a setting to display ohms. My coils are coming out between 1.5 and 1.7...so i can rock my wattage up to about 9 with no coil taste...woot woot!!!!!!

ATTENTION ALL VAPERS AND E-CIGGERS..........I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REBUILT A COIL FOR MY PROTANK (which actually is a vivinova coil, but a lot of the parts are universal and work with different tanks.) This was my 7th try as i couldnt get the right number of wraps and keep it from grounding, but i worked it today and hit it right on at 1.7 ohms running at 7.5 watts with my hometown shop flavor "peanut butter cup". I get this shit under my belt and the next step is making my own juice...gotta cut out the middle man and rock the vaping hard ya know???? The area to work is soo small..very tedious and not as easy as it appears on youtube...takes some practice.......but im gonn get'em eventually!!! I AM DA GAMECHANGER AND I MIGHT BE AN IDIOT, BUT IM VAPING NONETHELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what carto or tank are you using?? I use a Protank and i have had to make adjustment to the coils to get the best flavor and vapor. I have been using a ViviNova minitank coil instead of the Kenger...shorter stem...less metallic taste. I pull the stem...ditch the 2 top wicks (there are 3..the third is the wrapped wick attached to the base). Im using a wick from my local shop called Martha Stewarts Yarn....cut a slightly longer piece and replace wick and coil stem and VOILA...way better taste and hit. Please be advised that some coils are bad at the start. you cant dial them down enough without feeling the burning sensation. If you have one of those, definitely pull it apart. for 3 bucks a coil, its cheap enough to tinker with. I am 9 weeks now and i just keep fucking around with it so i can dial it in to my liking. Im no expert like chikn and jonny, but give me some more time and i will get there. One of the best moves i ever made in my miserable life!!!!!
