After extracting and running the pb legacy version it sometimes updates, this removes the legacy games from the dropdown menu. Simply copy the pbgame.htm from the DOWNLOADED archive into where you extracted it overwriting the existing file. That will then allow you to select the game from the dropdown menu.

You were probably around before then but became a member after the update. Any admin could find the join date of members you just need to know how to use the advanced search. The majority of members have records on the website however the longer standing ones don't.

A reminder that the post requirement is a very small part of the requirements and there are many more important ones. Additionally meeting the requirements does not get you membership. You would still require an invitation, and even after that you would still need to pass the application process.

Generally if you think the website is too dark then I would suggest that you use the lighter theme (change it at the bottom left of any page). Generally the consensus is that the darker theme is better than the lighter theme.

If you have opened the drive it is dud. They are put together in dust free environments as a dust particle in the wrong place will stop it working. The drive was most likely not samsung so not sure why they are getting the blame for that. Other than that sucks it happened, hope you had backups.

I have been messing with storage locations which is the most likely cause. Should all be working fine now though.

For now I do now want to add anymore options to the vote, it seems quite clear that the two most wanted are the COD style and the plain grey. Both make it easier to see text. I think that going with the plain grey does make the background image obsolete so the change will be made to the COD style one.

I would imagine it's because people are looking for something that makes text more visible I like the XI ones but they do make it harder to use the website.

Yeah you will always have the option of changing. This is more a collective decision on what new members will see and what people who log in/out regularly will have. There is a known flaw that when you clear your session data it will forget the background that you have chosen. There has been a good number of responses and it's looking like image 2 will take it. I will leave this up until tonight at least before making a change. I will also be crashing the website later as I want to try moving some resources to be served from a different location, take this as my official announcement.

Only people that were using gravatars lost them. I was looking for ways to speed up the site and saw that gravatars were adding a considerable amount to load time.

The problem with that one, which I thought I told you about.. maybe I forgot to.. I don't know.. crap I don't think I did. Sorry. Anyway yeah the problem with that one is when I tried it I could not get it to fit nicely as it is the wrong orientation, also it contains empty space in it.

Yeah it is a little outdated. I will make a poll and give the option to everyone to see what the majority would like the background to be.

It is because the default background is a user wide default. So the default background is the BF3 one. When you change it is will only stay changed for the duration of the session as you have noted. To store it longer by having a default setting per user would require a lot of functionality to be added which I am not prepared to undertake. The only persistent theme change is if you change the actual theme and then log out/in.
