    BSOD

Hmm. My rig also has the same crash once in a while during game. My is wind7, the best way to see what causes it is click Window-Control Panel- Action Center-Maintenance-View Reliability History. My gpu sometimes runs out of vram and crashes.

    Hello all

Hey! it seems this "hello all" is for our friendly Quebec region. I wish I could speak French. And I would spank them for their romantic language tone and the way it is written. They both totally out of sync, but it sounds so like music to the ears, lol.
  3. it'd be really nice the real pictures of your rig.

    help

Hm. try to wiggle the vga cable or the cable that connects to monitor in the back of the pc or the graphics chip on the mobo is just dead.
  5. Just get a new high-end gpu preferably Nvidia cards and you should be rolling with your existing rig. I believe your mobo has pci exp 3.0 not 2.0 even mobo that has pci exp 2.0 still be ok because most games up to now are not yet utilizing the benefits of pci exp 3.0 To me desktop all the wwwwwaaaayy! if they make laptops with the option to upgrade discrete gpu I'll in for it.
  6. I see you won't have any issue with these two cards with xfire setup because they are both 7000 series. brand name doesn't matter. the beauty about amd gpu is they can be paired together if same series. you can't match the 7000 series with 6000 or 5000 series.
  7. a high-end gpu costs as much as a decent laptop. I mean $500-$1,000. there is no double the gpu is a computer of its own within a computer. But look at the cost what are people thinking?
  8. who will gladly blow up a big hole in your $green pocket$, nvidia or amd? they both have perks available to fry you up dirt poor.
  9. here is the idea better yet use liquid nitrogen like the one in Terminator.
  10. Being a top list hit is easier than holding that position over time.
  11. Well. being called "hacker" during gaming and got upset. I think you are so so so sensitive. I'm glad I didn't call you that. imo it's not a personal attack on you. Just have fun, hehehe!
  12. Hmm! The gtx295 came out first before the gtx650. By the time the gtx560 (Ti) came its performance was no better than the gxt295.
  13. As for soundcard and speakers, check these out I have all three and they are awesome. Soundcard: Asus Xonar Essence STX, Asus Xonar DX 7.1 (this is half the price of Xonar Essence STX and sounds as good); Speakers: Logitech Z623. As for GPU, I think you can hang on to the XFX6950 for at least a year or two. IMO It's still very good kicking GPU.
  14. I think his knife is the grand daddy source of problems, lol.

    Hello

Welcome to the forum Ozziesdark. Bf1942 was where I started my interest in pc games rather than console. But I don't play the game anymore.

  19. Here is a name from a movie I watched years ago played by Richard Gere. Call him Hachi (short for Hachiko).
  20. you can always roll back to the previous version if you don't like it or the new one gives you problems. imo firefox is kickass and has every features that you move config from IE to firefox.
  21. As far as I know, once you install the OS on a particular mobo that OS can't be installed in another mobo. Because it gets to do something with the mobo serial number. MS knows right away and won't let you activate it.

    New build

Looks like this is a low high-end performance rig, not bad at all. look at the combo of gpu, cpu, and ssd and it's fast and fast rig.
  23. sounds like your mobo audio controller and gpu audio controller has a conflict. you might want to disable either one of them and check the sound settings.
  24. LOL! what did her man do to her anyway?
