Found out the club they are playing at is a small venue, only 200 seat capacity !!! Hell yea !!! Talked to the owner (took my ticket order) and he said he has people flying in from California, Arizona, Florida and a few other states. Love these small venues !!

This band was a huge influence in my life. When I was 14 their debut album came out and I wore the damn thing out. I own all of their albums and never get tired of listening to them. While they are getting old like me they still are rocking out. All original members except for the bass player, who passed away. Gonna go see them in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Im looking foward to this show !!!! This songs lyrics are great and many of you fellow idiots (guys that is), may relate to this. I had a few scares in my youth !!!

Its all me. The drums I always have to edit alot. I have a few Cooper tunes I have done. I did a cover of "Go To Hell", Second Coming/Dwight Frye, Hello Hurray, Long Way To Go, and Unfinished Sweets. They are from a long time ago and, well, suck. I do need to redo them. Some of the tracks in each tune are keepers, but the drumming back then is scarey bad I'll see if I can find "Go To Hell" and post it.

Have not recorded myself in a while (long time). So I have been wanting to do a cover of Cinnamon Girl and figured what the hell. Holiday weekend with nothing to do. Its my take on it, so its not a note for note cover. Vocals are weak as usual I sing out of necessity when I do my own recordings and have no one to fill in on vocals. Franklin Ace 1000, was an Apple II clone. Apple sued them and they stopped manufacturing them. After that I didnt get another until I bought a 286 25hz IBM clone. From there on it was a PC upgrade every year. My old ones get handed down to the kids.

I own two Bushmasters AR15's (regular length and the M4 variant) and an AK47 clone (Romania made). Anymore they are all pretty close in quality. So it comes down to the small cosmetic differences and price. Just make sure the one you settle on has a chrome lined barrel. Some of the cheaper models dont chrome the inside of the barrel. Bama, the Aimpoint red dot sites are nice too. But again its a preference thing. Take your gun to a store and have them mount the different sites on it to see which feels more comfortable to you in a quick site. One may be easier for you to acquire the target. For me I tried both and the Aimpoint worked better. I hope you wore hearing protection when you first fired it !!! The AR's are pretty damn loud. Congrats on the new toy !!!

The new mod is much like the original DM we had. But this mod adds the need to learn other weapons, which is cool. But I do agree the grenades stink. And I notice a slight delay in "smacking" people in the head. How about a monthly mod rotation ? One month "Area 51" and the next "The Old" DM mod ? That would make all happy !!!!

Do widescreens actually make a difference in games ? I own two 27" widescreens and they are attached to my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). And they are a must when recording music. But my gaming rig I use a Samsung 930b which is a huge 19" Square Screen and I get along ok with it. Will I actually see more of the "virtual world" of each map ? Do all the games support widescreen ? I guess I should research this more.

I went tonight and saw the movie "The Three Stooges", and having grown up watching them I was a bit of a skeptic, that this could be pulled off. Well ,,,,,, They did a fantastic job !!! Been wanting to try the Crysis Mech Wars for a while. Should get the game by this weekend. Have a question. I use to play Activision MechWarriors and used a Microsoft SideWinder Joystick for that game. Does the Mech mod for Crysis Wars support joysticks and does that make gameplay easier ? I know with the old MechWarriors game it was a necessity.

The "Montrose" album is a classic. All rockers on that LP !!! All you young guys need to pick it up and have a listen. And any older farts like me who have not listened to him before. A few week ago everyone thaught his death was from his cancer, but it was a suicide. I guess he had beat the cancer. Sad
