There is nothing even approaching it in terms of the number of servers; the social aspects of the clan, the fact that we are not just a group of folks who game together but that we care about each and help each other; and, most important, the tone that you find in the servers and on the web site. Yes, it is the admin who keep it all together but when it comes down to it, it is the clan membership that initiates the conversation on the servers and site, that fosters the comradery, and that sets the tone. Hi guy's just a quick post as to why I keep diappearing while playing at the moment. Since my comp had the virus which is thankfully gone I have developed a bloody iw3 error that keeps crashing my game espescially when the map changes. I am working on fixing it so please be patient if I do vanish. I WILL ALWAYS BE BACK

Like everyone else has said visit your Doc. BUT DO NOT USE HEAT my physio explained with muscle strain / damage heat can cause it to inflame even more, Ice increases the blood flow to the affected area and aids healing. And as painful as it is try to keep mobile if you make the mistake of not keeping up some sort of movement you could seize up and then re-strain when you do. With regards the ice get a disposable plastic cup fill with water and freeze. Then take the large ice block out and get your good lady to use it to massage the affected area in a circular motion (but please wrap the ice in a thin cloth otherwise you can burn the skin with direct contact) I hope this helps mate get well soon. I agree With you Dean yesterday we had a couple of people camping the spawn points which did not use to be a problem because you had time to react but now spawn bang your dead before you take a step. So respectively I would ask Rugger when he has time and if enough people agree to change it back then I can at least get the spawn camping little shits and ram a nade up there arse
