Yes, everything is updated and have multiple done reinstalls. The one I am typing on had an update yesterday I think. Hxtr said you were the expert so yes, I would like some help at a time convenient to both.
I have sent Help questions to Apple but get a lot of links that either do not help or just frustrate me. Very hard to get a live body, at least for me it has been. Did not see any phone number contacts.
This laptop has never had iTunes, Pocono PC had once had it and then was deleted. WHen reinstalled some of then old songs were still there but could not access store not is username and password recognized.
One odd thing I noticed was on my home PC, a fresh install, I also got Safari. On the other 2 PC's Safari was not installed. Not that I want Safari but just a comment on the difference of the installs.
