If you are not ready to quit you will not. First of all you have to make up your own mind you want to quit for you and no one else....... when i quit i carried a pack of cigs around in my pocket and kept telling my self when i would crave a cig is ..... i will have one later ...that turned into i will have one the next day b4 long i had quit with no problem..... and if you drink its makes it even harder.................I am not trying to discourage you in any way....cold turkey is the way to go... because if you take a puff hear and there you will be back smoking again in no time ! And if you want to say FUCK YOU BUDMAN go ahead but i smoked for at least 15 or 20 years and one day said fuck this i have had enough..... just give this a thought I have been there did that and got the T shirt!!!! Oh and another thing everytime you quit and start back up again it makes it that much harder. Love ya bro think about this thats all i ask........
