did u tried replacing iw3mp.exe by the one we have in the download section here :

From what i read, u just need to replace the iw3mp.exe by the original one. i mean by the iw3mp.exe from a patched COD4 disc version. Someone with that version can give it to you or u can try this one https://outcastsnipers.com/index.php?topic=6.0 But im not 100% sure of its source. I dont think mine will work for you as it is in french, but im sure we can find this here. Maybe it would be also good to check that Steam can't update your files, not sure how it works

TS has this bug where if u select an old password and type the new one, it doesnt apply. So u have to delete the old password and type the new one

Hello, well im in the search for a free but decent speed, ping, test tool that can make scheduled checks and record. i have JDs auto speed tester, wich is nice but i can't make the upload part working.

hmm so u replace north and south bridges ? not sure i understand it right, u did solder new chipsets on the motherboard ? i would change the motherboard, but then it usually mean new cpu and ram also. If u move a lot, then get something that can handle the moves ultra-durable coating stuffs like gigabyte use on some of their high end boards. (maybe other brands do that too, i dont know other brands that well) and maybe the best is to remove everything before moving and rebuild the pc when u need it. hope u'll be able to fix it soon

We saw something like 25 years ago. It was a hot summer day the sky was clear blue with no wind at all. Then something in the sky like a transparent balloon was flying straight, very straight, too straight for a balloon me thinks, and very slowly. We were all intrigued, and realize it was not a simple balloon. The thing was all transparent and inside, in the center of that 'balloon' was another balloon also kinda transparent but seems way brighter. no sound, no wind, nothing beneath it or above. Since that day i tried to search for infos about weather balloons and all kind of balloons we can see in the sky but none of what i can find looks like what we saw that day. Years later i saw what appears to be like debris from a satellite falling in the atmosphere, well thats what i think it was and that was amazing to see. It was like a wall of fire live painted far away in the sky, just amazing.
