to reenable console commands you need to go back to the original d3d9.dll this will allow \Bind p toggle r_fullbright 1 0 command to work just save a back up of the other d3d9.dll incase you want to go back cod4x uses a wrapper file to make it work better on newer video card like amd 6800xt thats the only reason they updated it

@P3NGU1N @spoonjab this is the original file for call of duty 4 the cod4x updated it thats why you cant use fullbright anymore all this does is make console commands work like before if you dont believe me just keep a back up of the d3d9.dll file before placing this one in then join a server and type in the console command /r__fullbright 1 and it will work but thhe dll file thhat cod4x uses wont allow it to work  because it uses a wrapper directx to vulcan d3d9.dll which changges the textures from directx to vulcan

I believe you, but we don't allow a toggle for fullbright on our servers.
