hi guys/gals.

i get this everytime i turn on the comp now, happened after my kids were on it.

The application or DLLC:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll-is not a valid windows image. Please check this against installation diskette.

 

 

 

this leads to next box saying

 

 

Error loading

C/WINDOWS/sustem32/NvCpl.dll

%/ is not a valid Win32 application.

 

 

Any help appreciated with it plz, all i find is to dl those pointless "free" scanners the tell u u have 1000+ errors but want a 20 pound to buy it.

Those files are nVIDIA files....one or two might be corrupted...

 

What I would do...Download DRIVERSWEEPER, use it to flush everything nVIDIA, reboot, re-install the latest WHQL-certified nVIDIA driver for your graphics card....

Go to nvidia and get the latest driver for your card.  Then uninstall or delete the nvidia driver you had and reinstall the new driver.  Or if you have a system restore turne on.  Go back to before you remember it happening and restore to that point,  All the forums on looked at said to delete/ uninstall driver and install new dreiver.

 

Best thing to do when ever you get errors like this is google to error.  You will usually will find a answer in the first couple of links.
