I finally got my new computer put together and in my hurry to get all my files to the new rig, I deleted the wrong file and lost all my profile data. However I did manage to save all the maps from the servers. But when I went to play last night, it downloaded the map again anyway. So how to you install the map in the game? Obviously XIdownloader doesn't find any new files because they are all there, but when I try to play it downloads it again. Anyone know how to make the game recognize that the map is actually there?

Thanks

Did you change the OS from XP to Vista/Win7?

Did you format this harddrive and was there the existing data on it?

OS changed from Vista to 7, brand new hard drive, everything is working fine now, just have to download every map when I want to play it.

I could delete all the maps and let the XI downloader do it's thing, but I figured there has to be a faster way to just have the game see the maps in the folder.
