It doesnt happen before just from few days. Will check which maps are bad to me. First one is: mp_citi_swamp Any solution? I deleted all mods from my cod folder and nothing. Fix suggested by other members: go to the Options menu. Then Texture Settings. Make sure Texture Filtering and Texture Quality are both set to Automatic. it should work. worked for me. don't think there is any need to delete the mod and maps.
