follow these steps and check if it helps.

a. Type ‘regedit’ in the start search box and press enter.

b. In registry, browse to the location HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version.

c. In the right pane, locate ‘ProgramFilesDir’ under name and make sure that the value is C:\Program Files.

d. If the value is not displayed as C:\Program Files, you may edit the value and change it to C:\Program Files.

e. You need to double click on‘ProgramFilesDir’ and type the locationC:\Program Files in the value data box, click OK.

f. Close registry and check if you are able to install the programs in C: drive.

Windows, by default, will now install your programs in the new drive or path.

If you put COD4 on your E drive it will create a programs file (x86)...Each drive can have it's own because the path is different... :) :)

Wish I'd seen this earlier .. I know the Owner and his brothers very well, I took them to dinner quite recently!!!

If you have any trouble with it, let me know mate .. I'm pretty sure I could pull a few strings.
