I know you do a great job here.. as well as many others. I had been feeling bad because I've been working like a dog all week, coming home and going straight to bed. I haven't tried to sign on in 3 days at least. Then I find out we had been down... I didn't miss a thing. LOL.. ya can't mess it up. You learned a LOT about hosts and what to look for in them, so although it cost a bit of trouble, you bought a little education. All is fine, heck.. better, now so chin up lad. I run 5 different sites that all receive a great deal of traffic. I;ve been with them for 3 years now and have never had ANY of my sites go down. Set-up was very fast and thier 24/7 support is exactly what it is. 24/7 It can be 4am and theres always someone on live chat or you can even phone them for immediate response. They do have a ticket system but 9/10 times I've just used thier live chat or called them. The times I've had to use thier support system was for ecommerce things like setting up SSL and installing a few server side things like Perl 5 etc. Not 100% sure if they would be the perfect fit for XI due to how large we are but they are definatelly with checking out and talking to.
