What you may not know is we also have BUGS! We have Black flies, Mosquito's, No see ems(midges) Horse flies, dog flies and Moose flies. They all bite. Well for 4-5 years now I have owned a machine called a SkeeterVac. This is one of the best investments I have ever purchased. This device traps bugs 2 ways with sticky paper and with a vacuum and screen. These pictures are of the sticky paper. Weed Edited January 12, 2013 by WeednFeed LordOfChaos 1 Awards

I once was golfing in Florida and 10 of us were chased off the course when a swarm of yellow flies decended on us and starting biting the shit out of everybody. On my honeymoon in Hawaii, our rental car was infested with cock roaches the size of silver dollars. When you opened the car door at night, dozens of them would scatter. The inside of our condo had them too, but the geko's climbing on the walls (inside) would eat all the bugs, and they didn't bite us. I have a lot of complaints about where I live (California) but there are fewer bugs here than anyplace I've visited or lived so I put up with the weirdos here. Awards

I once went on a 2 week canoe trip, but had to cut it short after 2 days as my eyes were swollen shut by black fly bugs... that was back east... in Quebec/Ontario... the good news for me is there are not so many bugs in Vancouver city proper, they spray every year here i think... but if you go in the Bush... look out... they just might pick me up and fly away. Friggin gigantic bugs!

You should read some of these links: http://scienceline.org/2007/09/ask-knight-mosquitoes/ http://www.webmd.com/allergies/features/are-you-mosquito-magnet When used as directed I truly belive in the Skeeter vac. After it is set up and running for 2 weeks it works at keeping in the bugs down at my camp. I can even sit outside on the deck and see only see 2-3 bugs every 10 min. Before using the SKVAC you could not walk from the truck to the camp 15 feet with out being swarmed by 1000's of bugs. Weed eidolonFIRE 1 Awards

I especially do not lie those those indiscriminating bug zappers. Too many harmless bugs like some beautiful moths who harm no one are killed. It's nature, deal with it. Besides these things not only indiscriminately kill they draw in swarms to their presence.
