dont worry me and  jentekroket have talk and wie think the problems is solved where bin playin on my server for a few games to test and no errors so far

next is to join the freeztag server again

 

+i dont hate windows 8 but i just dont recommed it if you whant to play some old games

When you go under "Recording" in the "Sound" applet in the Control Panel, are there any disabled devices?  You may have to right-click in the device list and select to show disabled devices to see any that are disabled.  If there are any disabled devices, enable them (right-click -> enable) and see if it works now.  There seems to be a lot of chatter about iw3mp.exe and sound driver configuration in various forums.

its goin to be better to wait it out til next windows comes out...win8 is a mess...way too many bugs..especially with older games...really no point in using win8 i mean really win7 is goin to be good for long time...win7 is atleast more stable and no issues that i have seen ever...too many people having such issues with win 8...and that is why its not friendly user...its alot easier to use win 7...is all been trying to say..but you want to bash me bout not using win 8..i have indeed used it and yes there is start menu but its not markd like previous ver. of windows...alot of people dont know enough bout using pc to know how to figure things out on their own...i will continue to recommend not using win 8 because of the issues it has

MS tactics: every 2nd OS is crap.

 

 

Win 3.11: ok

Win 95: crap

Win 98: ok

Win ME/2000: crap
Win XP: IMO the best system until now

Win Vista: CRAP!

Win 7: OK

Win 8: crap
