That in its self will prevent her from leaving the state and if she does she will be charged with parental kidnapping and contempt Do not tell her or anyone that will advise her of you doing so.... File tomorrow morning as they open the door do not put this off.. The sooner she is served the better Your children are old enough to decide where to live I wish you the best and above all else keep a level head and kill her with kindness loADER>XI< baldie and Angel 2 Awards

Maybe it will make him feel better as she sticks it in his bum. The courts (overall) are still biased to the Female gender when it comes to child custody. Get a lawyer and get one quick. That part I do agree with. Edited November 6, 2013 by TBC_Shaggy

You must act quickly and be "stone cold", no emotions here. Courts are biased, but your kids don't wanna go with her. Good luck!! and remember, no emotions, no tears. Your kids are human beings, not property Edited November 6, 2013 by Joe Canadian Angel 1 Awards

Talk to an ACTUAL layer near to you, find one that specializes in that category. Best of luck man, I've known too many people who got screwed up as a child because of stuff like this.

U can also file for temporary custoday I think as well. Wish you the best. As for an organization like your talking about, every state..usually county has a place like that. Search your local phonebook or maybe Chamber of Commerce could help guide you.
