Gig workers or sole proprietors are eligible for PPP1.  They changed the ruling this year.  If this is your first loan through the program, it is PPP1.  You had to have received loan one before applying for loan number two.  No pun intended    But the SBA is out of money and only have 9 billion left for minority applicants.  You a minority ???  That includes females or those who identify as such.

Well, in that case it doesn't really matter.  don't think I experienced a 25% reduction in gross revenue in '20 compared to '19 anyh00.
