Unreal...none of us will ever forget that day. I was a stockbroker at the time here in Nebraska and had just gotten to work at the bank. Happened to head to the breakroom to get a soda and the tv was on and there was mass chaos, they originally thought it was a beginner pilot or something. Then, and I remember this like it was yesterday, Katie Kouric and Matt Lauer were on talking about it when the camera showed the 2nd plane hit LIVE. They both just freaked out, it was unreal, like a movie unfolding. That day affected us all in more ways than we can imagine. Our everyday travels, security everywhere, etc. As Crack said, to see people voluntarily jump because they didn't want to burn was something I won't ever forget, just chilling to the bone. For those lost, we need to not stop until every terrorist is dead. Our soldiers know what is at stake and are doing their best daily to carry out those orders. God Bless America and "kill all the terrorists, let their god sort them out!"

Nice weed! Haven't gotten back to my in-laws pond yet but when I do, the bass are in trouble! Last year was the absolute worst year in 50 years of fishing there (my grandfather-in-law said it was) but this year they are biting...Looking for a few 2 pounders to add to my resume!

I play here for many reasons...First, we have the best servers hands down. Our admins are all very tolerant but don't hesitate to throw the smack down if there are jackasses or people being stupid. Second, as Kush said, you come into the server and people always say HI and are glad to see you! Finally, the people. XI is great and though I don't know everyone, I certainly have made friends from all around the world due to COD4. Where else can you do that???

I agree, we don't want to hurt any of our members...most of our members are under 250 so maybe we set it at 300? I'm not the most technological person but ghost thought that his ping was lagging everyone else so maybe setting it at 300 would help. Since he's not in XI, probably not an issue for him personally (although he is a good guy, just has a terrible ping!) but do we have any members with pings over 300?

Same...haven't noticed a difference for the better either.

I was just talking with Ghost while playing the MW2 server and there is a player, who I personally like, but due to his location in Australia, brings the whole server down with him. LEGMAN...his ping, which is normally 350+ and seems to be causing others issues. We noticed more lag once he got on and Ghost had the same opinion that he was causing lag. I'm not sure what we can do but that seems like a pretty ridiculous ping and would cause issues, correct??? I tried to take a screenshot but it only turned out black as an image. Cavey, Heffalump, Ghost and others were in there. Could we possibly do something to limit pings like this???

He was fun to watch and one of the greatest Ryder Cup players ever...sad to see a good one go. RIP.

I had zero problem with the map change as did EVERYONE on our team. We were talking about it on teamspeak and all of us agreed it was best to change it. Seems to me that half of the players (our whole team) and at least several on yours (timmah and sleepy) were up for it, that equals the MAJORITY. Unfortunately, you were in the minority and just because you wanted a map to stay the same, doesn't mean the rest of us wanted that and now you are posting because you didn't like it. We always want others to play our servers but you do know that if you don't like it or what happens bothers you so much, you can pay for and start your own server where citi swamp is on a 24 hour rotation...I'm sure others will flock to that server

I use avast free and then regularly use malbytes and cccleaner to clean out any crap on my system...works like a charm!
