San Francisco is great in August. Great food, tons of places and things to see. The weather that time of year is anywhere from the upper 60's to 85. You guys in the midwest can take that western vacation you've always wanted. I can get reasonably priced rooms in the bay area fairly easily. It's a 3 day drive from most of the central states and there are many things to see between here and there. Just ask Laz.

Had I not been carrying a gun there would have been at least a dozen dead bikers with my tire tracks over their heads. This guy was being way too nice. When they slowed down to pin in his truck, those fuckers would have been hood ornaments, and the guys riding my ass would gotten a close-up and personal look at my rear bumper when I slammed on my brakes. Honestly I have no idea what a pipe like that "should" sell for. But I do know if you want something really bad you should wait until the last few seconds of the auction to bid. People that win a lot of auctions will tell you that's the way to do it. If you bid early there will always be somebody out to one-up you.

Well then you might want to consider the 4 TB hard drive, or start compressing your files. That's a ton of HD space you have already.

Get two monster external hard drives and keep everything on them. You can get HD's with 2 terabytes or even bigger and it shold take you many years to fill up a couple terabytes of space with programs and pictures. Keep one at home with all of the family photo's on it, then use the other one as a back-up and keep it at the office or a friends/relatives house just in case your house burns down. Family pictures are always a pain in the butt to organize. I've done the same thing as you, made copies of copies and had multiple files stored in 10 different places. Eventually I just took the time to organize things in file folders and organized them by date and subject. I have file folders for vacations, birthdays, holidays, etc, and within each file I have another file for each event organized by date. Set up your file folders first and then gradually take the existing pictures from your PC and put them in the proper folders. It's time consuming but a lot less work than organizing old-fashioned prints in a photo album.

I get at least a couple a week. The only downside is that when I do get a legitimate one I usually delete it too. If you're ever not sure if an email is legit or not, simply mouse over the link in their email without clicking on it, and your browser should display the actual link. Or you can right click on it then click properties. If it's different than the one shown in the email it's a scam.
