Never in any situation would you use non lethal against lethal.  If thats the mindset then cops should carry rocks.

Im a police officer in SE ohio, currently assigned as a patrol division supervisor. I also conduct polygraph examinations for my department and other area law enforcement agencies. I can NOT just ban a guy cause you thing he is cheating. 
And when players start calling out his name and accusing him of hacking so that he leaves the game, and i cant get the proof needed to place a ban. i will not do it!!
 
Every ADM in the XI has guidelines to follow and we do our best to make the game fair for everyone. members and guests. No one is above our code of conduct.
 
if we where to ban everyone cause someone accuse him/her of hacking/cheating etc. many of you regular players could have been in trouble.
This is why we need proof. and dont go and ban people without it. The proof is also if the guy/girl makes an appeal to be let back in to our servers. without proof. we would have no choice but to unban him/her. 
 
What if you as a regular comes in game. plays good and gets accused of hacking. a adm is told you where hacking. and you got banned. in your case only by words of another player and no proof. 
I bet my ass that would piss you off pretty damn good.
 
this has been said many times. if you have a hacker in game. dont run him of. get video or get hold of an adm. so he/her can come in and spec and get the proof. the adm can use aliases in game so the player wont know the adm is there.
as an xi member you are required to have x-fire and TS. X-fire can take video in game.  USE IT. if you dont know how. get someone to explain it to you.  
 
send the video to an adm. we can take action long after the cheater has left the game.

I just wanted to give a big shout out and a thank you to Rugger and XRay.The two of them spent over two or three hours each trying to help me with my PB PC issues, Neither one of them had to give anywhere near the amount of time they did. I have always said you can judge a friend by how they react when you call of them for help....Its not the words they say or the advice they might give ,but simply whether  or not they're there when needed..Thank you to the two of them  for being there to help me....

So I bring the Chrysler minivan into the dealer at 9 a.m. and told them: wheel bearing left front and it's under extended warranty, and, that I needed it back by 4 p.m. since I would be taking my wife's car and she needed her's back by then. They said "no problem, we'll take it right in."
To verify the problem they needed only to put the car on the lift and rotate the tire. But four and a half hours later I get this call: "Mr. Como, we've confirmed that it is the left front wheel bearing and it's under warranty. Would you like us to do the repair?"
What I said: "Yes, please do."
What I should have said, "No, don't do the work. I brought the car there because the parking lot at work is full and besides, I rather enjoy listening to that rumbling sound. Besides, since it took you 4 1/2 hours to do what should have required two minutes, you probably won't have it done until mid February."
