A cold is different to the flu Johnny, getting a flu shot will not stop you getting the common cold m8, if you ain't had a cold for 10 years you just been lucky. Oh that's for sure! You get the Flu & you will know it's different. When I was 9 years old in the mid 70's I caught what they called the "Russian Flu". I Can still remember crawling to use the toilet cause I was too dissy to stand up! Every joint & gland in my body ached & I was frying with a high fever along with a terrible sore throat. My family had 5 kids & it took a couple days before my parents even knew how sick we were. I really thought I was Dying. Wound up bedridden for days. After that sickness, I Became alergic to Pennicillen & now break out head to toe in a rash if I as little as sniff a pill!

Last time I got a Flu shot I had Flu-Like syptoms for a month! That was 14 years ago & been "Flu -Free" luckly.... My Ex-wife made the mistake of getting one while pregnant with my son, who is now Autistic. The shot she took was manufactured in china circa 1999 and contained the preservative called Themerosol... No Thanks ever again for me & my family... THE GOV CAN KEEP THE SHOTS THANK YOU!
