Retail is a hard. The customers now have become guests and they know they have us by the balls they know if they complain enough or loud enough they will get what they want. They are ruder messier and just dont give a damn as to who they step on or merchandise they destroy as long as they get what they want. The best thing about being in Retail Management is.......
