The US is far far from the country with the highest death rate due to firearms. The US is far, far, far ahead as the leader in firearm ownership in the world. Estimated that there are 88 firearms per 100 population. The only reason the world is horrified at the US death rate is that the liberals all over the world have succeeded in coming up with complete and utter bullshit to get the sheep like populations to go along with the masters (politicians) wishes. Like it or not the US constitution provides for the population to own firearms, it is a right, and like it or not it is one of the founding principles of our country. The world would like to knock us down to their level and to me it is completely unacceptable. If you don't like our constitution you are allowed to leave for any of the less violent countries in the world. The founding fathers thought so much of firearm ownership that it was number 2 on their priority list. Other countries don't have the same connection to firearms, or history with them that we do. I am a firearm owner, shooter and have a carry permit and I do. It does not matter what the reason I choose to carry, it is it my right and I will try my best to keep it that way. Thankfully, the state of Oklahoma as many other states loosened gun ownership laws and have fought new ones at the federal level. The press and the libs have used the mass school shootings as proof their way is better. I say put armed guards in schools just like king obamas kids enjoy. The state of Oklahoma is considering laws allowing teachers with CCW permits to carry in school. As it should be. A law abiding citizen protecting the kids they are trusted with. I don't have a problem with it, and most here don't either. It is true that firearm ownership is a huge responsibility and if you don't care to get training and stay proficient you should not own them.

A few questions for Gun Control advocates:

If 12,000 gun deaths a year is reason enough to ban guns, then what about 195,000 medical malpractice deaths a year?

There are only 690,000 doctors in the United States, and between
150-200 million gun owners in the United States, is it not statistically
true that doctors are more dangerous than gun owners?

Using this same standard, should we ban hospitals?

What about 32,000 deaths from automotive accidents, should we ban cars?

Why are guns a higher priority than motor vehicle fatalities, or medical malpractice fatalities?

Someone could say "Ah ha! But we need cars and hospitals, we don't need guns!"

The argument that we don't need guns is highly debatable, but lets
consider for sake of argument something that we don't actually need,
cigarettes and alcohol.

Annually around 435,000 people are killed by tobacco related
illnesses and 83,000 die from alcohol related causes, should we have
prohibition of cigarettes and alcohol?

Do we need a nanny state to protect us from every conceivable risk in life?

In Summer 2012 alone 137,000 people drowned, should we ban swimming?

On average 20,000 die every year from Sexually Transmitted Diseases, should we ban sexual intercourse?

I could come up with hundreds of examples, but you get the picture.

Walking dead, that's all I watch.

The new speed on the DM server is nowhere near the speed of the Cod4 Ace mod server. I won't even play on that one because the bullets are going nowhere near the person you are shooting. To tell you the truth the new DM speed is only a notch up, and really I don't even notice the speed increase.  I have always had to lead high pingers no matter what the speed of the server. 
 One of these days I would love to know what the white cross means. I have not heard anything I believe about it. It is almost like the symbol you get when playing CTF and you have the flag, but that is not a cross. It is weird, and I have only seen that one on the Ace mod server. 
Oh DJ, just give up the bullets, stick to satchels, its more fun anyway. On the MW server my bullets don't do any damage. If the person I am shooting at has camo on I get no hit registration what so ever. So, I have started using bags on that sever. Toss the bag at the run and gunner, back up, then when they charge you BOOM! They know they were owned! I love it. 

Every time a new game comes out people go play those games and the server drops in attendance. The speed wasn't increased that much. Went from a snail with 2 crutches to a snail with one crutch.  That's about it.

Ok, Cod5 is down. I am bummed. I put Cod4 on my computer so I could game some. I don't care for freeze tag and the Acemod server is just not for me. So, I have been slumming it. I have played on all kinds of Cod4 servers in the past few days. Just some observations.
1. All the kiddies do on most of the cod4 servers is BITCH non stop about how others play.
2. They all have rules. No, this, no that and don't do this or that.
3. Just about every last server is nothing but spawn killing and camping. Not that I care about the camping part, but that is about all they do. It gets old after about 10 minutes.
4.Most of the Co4 custom map servers that I used to play on are gone.
 
All in all I have had absolutely miserable gaming the last few days. Cod4 sucks and if Activision does not get their freaking servers up soon I am gonna put a noob tube up their arse!

I am gonna hafta put cod4 on just so I can bunny hop and piss off somebody because I think the cod5 servers are dead forever.

On the w@w servers the DM server does not do anything if you hop, the modern weapons server makes you put your weapon away on the second hop. All that mod did was make me get the shot right the first hop.
