Yes but that does not excuse the officer tasing the victim for 23 seconds. Victim started to cooperate and the officer continued to tase the victim.

This is outrageous conduct on the part of a police officer and I'm glad the asshole is in jail where he belongs. Cops have a damned tough job, no doubt whatsoever. I couldn't be one because it would be next to impossible for me to not beat the shit out of the first guy I had to chase at high speed, thus endangering the public. But clearly, this guy did not have the temperament to be a police officer. Made me sick to see him just dump the kid on his face after dragging him to the site of the road. He was more a threat to the public than someone whose job it is to protect the public.
   Bastard destroyed the kid's life. A shame he'll only do four years.

Ok so we are walking thru best buy and i say "Hey baby im going to nerd out and go look at computer parts" Normally thats when she walks away, but today was different. She smiled and walked with me asking questions about pc parts etc. Honestly it made my heart flutter because she usually gets annoyed with my nerdiness. So as were walking thru she looks at the power supplies and asks what they are and what they do. Then the shopping woman in her says "Isnt that part usually like 70 bucks?" Pointing at the power supplies. Upon further inspection they had 600 watt gold evga power supplies on sale for 35 bucks. Me knowing she wouldnt probably want me to get it i shrug and say " yeah thats sweet" so she grabs it puts in the cart and proceeds helping me pick out parts to build my pc and keyboards and screens. Jesus i love her and it makes me hapoy when she genuinely tries to learn and show interest in my hobbies. I cant wait to start building this beast with my wife

Should enjoy a steak cooked to your liking (blue/rare/medium rare/medium/medium well, well done, over done) with at most, a bit of salt and pepper to season before cooking.

As many of you know, I have been working hard at losing some weight since the end of October. I had 2 HUGE weight loss moments I need to share with all my family here. When I started this journey I was 390lbs, ya, a fat fucker, LOL.
 
The 1st huge moment of the week was my daughter hugging me from behind and exclaiming in shock that her fingers now touch!!
 

 
The second big moment came this morning after my morning poop!!!
I honestly dont remember the last time I saw a 2 at the front of my weight, I am not afraid to admit that I stood on the scale and shed a legit tear when I saw this!!
 

 
 
I still have a bit to go, I am 6'1 so If i could get to 240 I would be VERY happy!!! Going strong and will be there soon enough!!!
