omg that movie is funny.been thinking bought that gym for the past 6 months-4yrs ago got off the couch rapidly lost weight.kept it off for a couple years.motherinlaw passed and life got me depressed.drank alot gained alot started feeling shitty.stopped drinking now waiting to get myself back to working out-its a huge challenge getting older especially if everyone in your family has always struggled with extra pounds in the dna pool.in the next couple months ill be sweating alot at the gym.gotta lose 20lbs fast to feel better
and that gym membership i bought 4 yrs back gets paid every month and good luck cancelling it .thats impossible
when I started to lose weight I mainly cut out all carbs and processed foods and sweets/and ate mainly vegetables ,fruit ,meat ,brown rice-no white rice.tuffest thing was no pizza -
woke up every morning did 20 minutes of kettlebell.bought a 35lb weight.watched videos online.tried alot of fancy moves,narrowed the workout down to 3 exercises .the 2 arm swing.the one hand overhead press and the squat.total full body workout including cardio in 20 minutes-kettlebells are amazing
